Exchange for size or damaged goods during shipping will be honored only within 10 days from the delivery.
Contact us first and be ready to provide a picture of the damaged item/s with a brief description of the nature of the problem.
Please use the USPS insured service, so your shipment will be tracked.
So please repack all items properly.
Azure Designs will refund shipping if merchandise arrives damaged.
